Also, what are you wearing ? I had to at least be wearing the leather armor that Vesimer gave me before I could do anything with any trophies, as the basic shirt that it looks like you are wearing doesn't have the capability to equip any trophies. 
Question-What is that icon in the upper left of your screen, in the small square ? That looks like the trophy to me. The question is: How? Maybe a mod is the problem. But huntsman won't take the trophy head of drowner in chapter 2, so you have to drop it. I had the slot for Trophy Head next to the Geralt's right leg. Your inventory looks different than mine. Sorry, not a troll post I don't see it in the upper left too. Those items in the Quest inventory aren't it either, I'm positive I checked everything 10 times Which is fine, as I can drop the trophy taking up the slot as soon as I find the slot, I'm in chapter 2 now, so the Huntsman is in the other area. I'm still not seeing it in the upper left.
